‘…Souda-kun, let me check your temperature.’

AU where Souda gets the despair fever too. His symptoms include inexplicably falling in love with Gundam Tanaka and bursting into hysterical tears whenever he’s not in the room. (Gundam surprises everyone by volunteering to stay at the hospital with Souda since he’s inconsolable otherwise.)

Unfortunately, it ends up like this anyway.

i can see souda finally giving in to the fact that sonia likes gundam and him going over and being like “tanka u better take good care of her!!!!” and gundam is like ???? the hell u talkin about foolish mortal and souda is like half crying and telling him that he knows sonia and him are a thing and then gundam is like ding dong ur wrong the person i like is actually u and souda is like wait a diggly darn minute u like me??? and gundam blushes and is like yea and then souda just faints

what if some of souda’s old bullies jump him and like beat him up and he comes home limping and gundam is like what the hell happened to you my little mortal and souda just smiles and tries to brush it off, but finally he just mentions that it was some old kids from when he was younger and gundam gets super pissed and just gathers up his most dangerous animals and souda literally has to old him around the waist and beg for him to not go and kill those bullies because gundam is hella protective of his lil mechanic

Souda and Gundam are making out and Souda is only in his boxers and Gundam is touching him all over and things are getting really heated and Souda gets hard. He starts getting really embarrassed because oh shit, what if Gundam gets weirded out, we’ve never gone all the way before.

Then Gundam abruptly stops kissing him, stands up and announces YES, RISE, RISE UP AND BE FREE FROM YOUR FABRIC PRISON and tears off souda’s boxers.
