as a komahina shipper the fandom is really awful. im not talking about the OOC interpretations because, whatever yknow, theyre fictional characters. im talking about the close-mindedness of other komahina shippers. komahina is such a popular ship and its attracted a huge fanbase – i’d dare say its the most known ship in the fandom – but that’s caused it to attract a lot of close-minded people. 

ive seen so many times in comment sections and the likes that komahina shippers say they dont like a video because it didnt have komahina in it, or them hating on other ships because ‘’komahina is better’’. like honestly i love komahina, its my otp, and i see a lot of potential for it but the fanbase just brings me to shame. i cant count on one hand how many times ive seen komahina fans bring hinanami/junkomaeda/etc fans down or complain profusely about komahina not being absolutely everywhere they go, even if it is an incredibly popular, dare i say overrated, ship. 

youre all bringing people’s fun down. im not saying this is EVERY komahina fan, because then itd be hypocritical of me to write this post, but im saying that if youre like this you need to reflect on what you do. just let people enjoy things. i dont even like hinanami etc that much – like yeah i think its cute and i lowkey ship it, but i dont like it as much as komahina. but you know what? i reblog it just to spite all the people being dicks to people that dont ship komahina. honestly id take the bullet for all of you because you dont deserve the hate you get for not shipping something, or for shipping hajime/nagito with someone other than eachother. we all have our own headcanons, thoughts, etc, but if youre so judgemental about others not agreeing with you thats seriously unhealthy and you need to step outside for once in ur life and contemplate what youre doing

as a komahina shipper, this is the problem i have with the fanbase. i dont care how long this is. i just want people to reflect on their actions.
