While Natsuki tends to be the more assertive one and Yuri
the more bashful one in public, their roles tend to change when they’re in
private. Yuri tends to be more forward in regards to physical affection, while
Natsuki bashfully accepts Yuri’s advancements.
Yuri and Natsuki often read books together. When they do,
Natsuki usually sits in the taller girl’s lap, leaving Yuri a blushing,
flustered mess. Every now and again, Natsuki would fall asleep on Yuri’s lap
while reading, and Yuri made the it a habit to play with Natsuki’s hair to calm
both of them.
On that note, they each have a calming effect on each other.
Spending Natsuki makes Yuri’s intrusive thoughts easier to bear, because
Natsuki shows her that she’s not the monster her mind makes her out to be.
Meanwhile, spending time with Yuri gives Natsuki something to look forward to
during the day, and being with her allows her to forget about her home life,
even if it’s just for a short amount of time.
After they graduate, Yuri and Natsuki settle down with each
other. After working several jobs that wasn’t fulfilling for them, they decide
to take a leap and open “The Sweetheart’s Epiphany”, a Ma and Ma tea and cake
shop. While it may not bring them great wealth, running the shop allows them to
live well off. And besides, who needs riches when you’re working at a place you
fulfills you with the woman you love?
