weird to me when anyone says “this is the only Rick who cares about his Morty” because that wasn’t a Rick saying that!! That Ricks don’t care about Morties thats not something coming from a Rick at all.That was a Morty, that was some jaded bitter Morty. Rick’s convinced it’s Morty’s cockiness and sense of self he has to keep down by degrading him but im sure it’s diminishing Morty to nothing that will do him in. Meeting destiny on the road you take to avoid it etc

I have thoughts I figured were standard with everyone but I keep seeing ppl thinking otherwise which is interesting… like I figured that Evil!Rick wasn’t a robot but a cyborg– the investigating Rick said he recognized the technology so I wanna say Rick invented/developed it, Morty stole it, used it on him to turn Rick into his tool. The laaast thing Rick expects. I love everything he said being in the context of a Morty, those aren’t thoughts or ideas harbored by a Rick at all, they never could be.
